Cesar observes the downfall of the Bear and with profound emotion readily embraces the captain’s offer to assume the role of the new Governor of the penguin planet.

Suddenly, his previously unstructured schedule becomes inundated with official visits, televised debates, and public appearances.

It is at this juncture that a sharp satire gradually creeps into the fabric of “The Politician.”In fact, our protagonist is not endowed with the gift of speech or hearing. Furthermore, he remains oblivious to the history and customs of the penguins.

His function is reduced to that of a mere puppet within a bustling society.
